Our Staff

FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
Mary Lyn Hammer

Ms. Hammer’s life-long focus has been on helping young adults make good decisions before entering college and to provide support in the transition from training and education into the workforce. She has already touched the lives of many students through her financial literacy outreach and now, she is on a mission to provide additional support to instill healthy life habits.

TRAINING & EDUCATION MANAGER
CeCe Keeto

Ms. Keeto received financial literacy training from the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. She has contributed to the success of many schools, serving in roles ranging from Corporate Financial Aid Director to Campus Director, has held Accreditation Evaluator credentials for the National Accrediting Commission of Career Arts & Sciences, is a Certified Training Educator for the Nuts and Bolts Business Training Program. At Champion for Success she creates and implements outreach programs to educate and empower young adults.

Board of Directors

Mary Lyn Hammer, President and Treasurer

Ms. Hammer has served on the Board of Directors for the Career College Association (also known as APSCU and CECU). She is a Charter Member and former Chairwoman for the Higher Education Allied Health Leaders (HEAL) Coalition, has served as an Advisory Board Member for the Career Education Review, a former board member for Northwest Career College Federation (NWCCF, 18 terms) and eMed. Currently, she serves on the Board of Directors for the Private Career Colleges and Schools (PCCS, 4th term) Regions XIII, IX, and X, and as Director of the Board for Champion for Success.

Kathy Arseneau, Secretary

Ms. Arseneau is a certified bookkeeper located in Phoenix, Arizona. She has over 25 years experience in finance and bookkeeping and is the President of Certified Bookkeeping Services, Inc.

Don Kisler, Board Member

Mr. Kisler is a retired CPA with Jordahl & Sliter PLLC. He has expertise in business consulting, forensic accounting, litigation support, small business taxation, and valuation. He studied Accounting at The University of Montana School of Business, where he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree.
